Peach Cobbler

Melt butter in the bottom of a 2-quart baking dish. Combine flour, sugar, eggs and milk; mix well. Pour over butter in the baking dish. Place peaches on top of flour mixture. Do not stir. Bake in a preheated 300-degree oven for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Continue backing for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve hot, topped with peach ice cream.
