Garlic And Lemon Vinaigrette

This salad dressing contains white wine vinegar and lemon juice, plus olive oil and garlic.

Ingredients:

• 1/4 cup White wine vinegar
• 1 teaspoon minced Garlic
• 2 Tablespoons Lemon juice
• Zest of 1 Lemon
• 1 teaspoon Salt
• 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
• 1 cup Olive oil

Directions:

Add the vinegar, garlic, lemon juice, zest, salt and pepper to a food processor or blender. With the machine running, slowly drizzle in the oil. Serve immediately or place in a glass container (with a lid) and refrigerate.
