Bread Machine Recipe

Bread dough, flavored with cinnamon, contains raisins, dried cranberries, dates and/or nuts.

Ingredients:

• Put in bread machine in this order: 3/4 cup. plus 2 tbs. water
• 2 cups. bread flour
• 2 tbs. sugar
• 1 tsp. salt
• 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
• 2 tsp. regular active dry yeast or 1 3/4 tsp. bread machine or quick-active dry yeast
• 1/2 cup. raisins, dried cranberries, diced dates, and/or nuts

Directions:

Prepare according to directions for your bread machine, adding raisins at the proper time.
