Jalapeno Pepper Jelly (Green)

A unique, spicy jelly made with jalapenos that will go well on crackers. Great as a spread option for a party.

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup Jalapeno Chiles (diced)
• 3/4 cups Green & Red Peppers
• 6 cups Sugar
• 1 1/2 cups Vinegar
• 6 oz Certo (fruit pectin)
• Few drops of green food coloring

Directions:

Remove seeds (optional) from peppers. Mix peppers, Certo, vinegar, sugar. Bring to rolling boil for 4 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Add coloring and mix well. Jar and seal.

Number of Servings: 6 1/2 pints
