How about an open faced eclair? All the pieces of a traditional eclair recipe except it is prepared as a cake with a creamy layer.
Melt butter in water & bring to full boil. Add flour mix well & take off heat. Add 1 egg at a time mixing thoroughly. Spread into an ungreased cookie sheet & bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Combine soft cream cheese with 1 pkg. pudding mix with mixer. Slowly add 1c. milk alternately add other pkg. pudding mix and the rest of the milk. Spread over cooled cake. Top with cool whip and drizzle with chocolate syrup. Refrigerate and ENJOY!
