Garlic Vinaigrette

Garlic and ground black pepper season this vinaigrette salad dressing made with lemon juice and olive oil.

Ingredients:

• 2 to 3 garlic cloves, pressed
• Juice from 1 lemon
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper
• 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil

Directions:

Mix the garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a bowl. In a slow stream, whisk in the olive oil until combined.
