Steak Marinade

A nice marinade which will tenderize your steak for a more delicious flavor.

Ingredients:

• 2/3 cup tomato juice
• 2/3 cup brown sugar
• 2/3 cup soy sauce
• 2/3 cup vegetable oil
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic garlic salt
• 6 small steaks or 4 large ones (flank steak or london broil can be used)

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and pour over steaks. Marinate in refrigerator, turning several times, for 24 hours. Remove steaks and place on grill and cook until desired!

Notes from the Cook: The hot flames sear in the juices and the meat comes out tasting scrumpious and moist! I also serve this with the stuffed onions cooked on the grill and broccolli cole slaw cooked on the grill also!
