Honey French Dressing

This French dressing has ketchup as its base and is sweetened with honey. A little vinegar, dry mustard, garlic and onion add to the flavor. Drizzle it over leafy greens for a salad.

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1/4 cup ketchup
• 1/4 cup honey
• 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon dried minced onion

Directions:

Combine all ingredients. Process with a hand blender if possible; otherwise mix thoroughly using one beater of a small electric mixer.
