Pink Blue Cheese Salad Dressing

The pink color in this Blue cheese dressing comes from the catsup and paprika. It's made in the blender and there's also mayonnaise, oil, onion, sugar, vinegar, mustard and celery seed.

Ingredients:

• 1 small onion, cut up
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1/3 cup salad oil
• 1/4 cup catsup
• 2 Tbsp. sugar
• 2 Tbsp. vinegar
• 1 tsp. prepared mustard
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp. paprika
• 1/4 tsp. celery seed
• Dash pepper
• 1 cup crumbled Blue cheese

Directions:

Put all ingredients except Blue cheese in blender, and blend till smooth. Remove dressing from blender and stir in Blue cheese. Cover and chill. Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
