Trish's Plum Bundt Cake

Plum baby food provides flavor and moistness to this spiced cake.

Ingredients:

• 2 cups flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp ground cloves
• 1 cup oil
• 2 eggs
• 2 jars plum baby food
• 1/2 to 1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:

Mix flour, sugar, cinnamon and ground cloves. Then add oil. With mixer, add eggs (one at a time), baby food and pecans. Pour into greased Bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. If you desire, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
