Beer Cheese Pretzel Dip

Cream cheese, cheddar cheese and beer are combined with ranch dressing mix for a dip that's great to serve with crunchy pretzels.

Ingredients:

• 16oz softened cream cheese
• 2c finely shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 pkg dry ranch dressing mix
• 1/2c beer (plus or minus depending on the consistency you desire)
• seasoned salt to taste

Directions:

Mix all ingredients, and allow to chill. Serve with small pretzels.

Notes from the Cook: This is one of those recipes that when the party is over, you have a clean bowl! Also, be sure and have the recipe available because everyone will want it. ***Note - the longer this chills, the better (so flavors can mix). However, before serving, let it sit out for a few minutes to soften.
