Name: My Pumpkin Muffins

Description: The recipe for these looked great and I was super excited to make my first fall recipe of the year. However, I don't think they turned out quite right. It was either my oven or my pan - the out side is done (almost too done) and the inside could have used a little more time. They also seem flat...oh well. They taste ok!
