Fun Fondue

My mom gave me a fondue pot for Christmas and now I'm totally hooked. I just want to be able to dip all my foods in something! These are a few that I thought I would try...

This "spicy" fondue uses "hot" pepper-jack cheese, with frozen spinach and cream cheese. For a less-"hot" version, try Monterey Jack or Cheddar.

This casserole, sometimes called a "strata," has bread cubes, eggs, milk, cooked beef, cheese and seasonings baked together.

If you have a theme party or if you just like fondue this is a great standby to have. It takes almost no time to whip together and only a couple of hours to get ready.

Italian sausage is formed into meatballs, cooked and dipped in a Bisquick-cheese batter, then fried in a fondue pot.

Dip shrimp and onion in this cheddar and Jarlsberg cheese fondue. Perfect for a buffet table.

A fresh summer treat is made with stacks of pineapple, kiwis, strawberries, and bananas dipped in a white chocolate fondue sauce.
