The air has started to change, my grass is starting to show a tinge of green (or at least in my mind!), and I'm more than ready for the warmer weather. So I thought, why not celebrate spring a little with a few fruit desserts? Hope you are enjoying spring too!

Baked apricots with a crunchy brown sugar, almond and oatmeal topping make a comforting warm fruit dessert. Great with ice cream.

This festive fruit pie is packed with flavor from the white chocolate dipped strawberries and white chocolate pudding to the blueberries and whipped cream.

This simple recipe has spring written all over it. From the three citrus fruits involved to the pistachios and pecans that decorate the top.

These bars are made easy with sugar cookie mix. Stir in rosemary and top with an orange filling for a delicious cookie bar.

This 2-layer carrot cake is made easier with a yellow cake mix. Salad dressing and eggs add richness; cinnamon and an almond-flavored frosting add flavor.

This citrus cake has a fresh taste that goes great with tea.
