A special appetizer for your special guests--small patties of shrimp and crab with a blend of savory seasonings.

These little delights are a Rueben rolled into a ball, breaded and baked or fried. Serve with a 1,000 Island dipping sauce.

These cheese sticks are coated with a mixture of bread crumbs and macadamia nuts, and then deep-fat fried

Traditional fried green tomatoes with a corn meal and flour breading. A great side dish or hot appetizer.

A little pancake mix, beer and pesto produce a crispy coating for these tasty bites of fried cheese.

These onion rings are dipped in a flour batter with beer for flavor and paprika for color, then fried in deep hot fat.

Easy and delicious, just bread the oysters and saute until golden brown.

These chicken wings, coated in an herbed flour mixture and then a lemony egg mixture, are fried at a high temperature to brown, and then finished at a lower temperature.

Fresh asparagus is roasted with olive oil and seasoned with Parmesan cheese and pepper--serve with Ranch dressing as a dipping sauce.

These jumbo shrimp are stuffed with jalapeno and onion, wrapped in bacon and then fried to perfection.  The avocado salsa is a great addition.

Chicken wing segments are deep fried, then cooked in a mixture of butter, cumin, garlic and chili powders, with a generous amount of bottled hot pepper sauce. Serve them with blue cheese dressing.

Jalapeno peppers add a spicy flavor kick to fried cheese balls.

Marinated artichoke hearts are quartered, dipped in beaten egg, coated with a mix of bread crumbs, Asiago cheese and paprika, then fried.
