Here are a few dessets made with my favorite food - chocolate! Any of these would be great to share with friends or a special someone. Enjoy!

Chocolate and raspberries are a match made in heaven, and make the perfect dessert for holidays or any day of the week.

This is a one dish dessert, it combines cheesecake, brownies, and chocolate covered cherries all in little portable muffin papers.

This dessert is loaded with chocolate brownies, dark chocolate sauce, raspberry sauce, pecans and fresh raspberries atop vanilla ice cream.

A German chocolate cake mix forms the crust for this luscious cheesecake--top with caramel, coconut and pecans for a special dessert.

You'll never buy canned frosting again after you taste this creamy, caramel frosting made with evaporated milk, brown sugar and butter.

Instant pudding and a pre-made Oreo crust make this decadent dessert easy as pie. Give it plenty of time to cool so it cuts cleanly.

This chocolate-dipped holiday cookie is melt-in-your-mouth tender. The exquisite marriage of hazelnut and chocolate is reminiscent of a fine truffle.

A mixture of white chocolate & sweetened condensed milk is poured over a cream cheese filling that's flavored with orange and dried apricots.

This great chocolate dessert starts with a devil's food cake mix and a light and sweet frosting finishes it perfectly.

A chocolate batter made with boxed cake mix, butter, and evaporated milk is layered with caramel, chocolate chips, and nuts (if desired) to make this yummy treat cookie bar recipe.

A rich egg custard made with whipping cream and a vanilla bean is poured over semisweet chocolate in small dessert cups. After chilling, brown sugar is sieved over the tops and broiled lightly to make a wonderful creme brulee.

This great frozen pie is made with mint chocolate chip ice cream, chocolate chips and all this in a chocolate pie crust.

This dessert is easy to prepare and will knock your socks off with how chocolaty it is. Make sure you have a big glass of milk handy to tame the richness.

A luscious chocolate cheesecake is even better when topped with pecans and both chocolate and caramel syrup.
