Toriello-Nicosia Thanksgiving Traditions
Thanksgiving Day comes, by statute, once a year; to the honest man it comes as frequently as the heart of gratitude will allow. ~Edward Sandford Martin The idea of putting together this cookbook came to us while preparing for our 5th Toriello-Nicosia Thanksgiving. This tradition began in 2003 while Jen and Josh were living in Rochester, VT. From its conception, the feast began as more or less a pot-luck style where guests brought dishes that they specialized in-except of course for Stephanies stuffing that first year!! When Josh and Jen moved to Northfield, VT the tradition continued. Over the years, Josh and Jen have been able to experiment with new culinary delights taking the dinner menu from Italian to Southern themed recipes. Family is very important to us and we hope this Tradition continues on. Stay tuned for a 10 year anniversary edition.
